The adult film world mourned the death of one of their brightest stars. Alicia Tyler, was found dead in her home Sunday night. She found dead by her mother. Tyler, who’s real name was Danilelle Porter was one her way to making a comeback in the porn world with a new biography and an adult web series that was due to come out. in 2011 she was named one of the top 50 African-American film stars of all-time by Complex
There was speculation that she overdosed on illegal drugs, but those rumors have not been confirmed yet.
Viewing and funeral services for Tyler will be held at McKay’s High Desert Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, located at 14444 Seventh St., Victorville, CA 92392. The viewing will be held Wednesday, Aug. 21 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and the funeral takes places Thursday, Aug. 22 at 11 a.m. Tyler leaves behind an 4-year old daughter.
