Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel band together to form the group Phantogram. The act found their way into the hip-hop world when one half of the group Outkast, Big Boi asked them to grace “Lines” and “CPU 2.0.,” off his sophomore album Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors.
They’re far from new to the music game though. Since forming the group in 2007, Carter and Barthel have released 2 full-length albums and 4 EP’s. Their second studio release, Voices came out February 18th. To promote the album, they stopped by Morning Becomes Eclectic to perform a cut off the album called “Black Out Days”
