After a few days of controversy, celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman has decided to cancel the up-coming fight between George Zimmerman and rapper DMX.
Promoter Damon Feldman announced the cancellation on the fight via Twitter Saturday afternoon, stating that “people’s feelings” meant more to him than making any actual money off of it.
“I want to thank everyone for the good n bad comments I’ve made the choice to cancel the fight w George Zimmermann [sic] more to life then money,” Feldman posted.
After answering several people about the match, he went on to post
Its something that everyone who is mad and hating me are the people that DONT pay my bills , DONT help charities and don’t know me
